On the Cyclades Island of Kea, which is very close to Athens, we are currently building a total of seven maisonettes from 80sq.m - 100sq.m.

Four of these maisonettes are currently complete and are ready to move into. The remaining three are currently under construction with plan investment.

The mainsonettes consist of the following ...

Ground Floor: 100sq.m, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and storage room.

First Floor: Sitting rooms with fireplace, WC, Kitchen plus an attic that can be used as an office or even a guest room.

The maisonettes are stone built in the traditional house style, and have large verandas with pergolas and they offer a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea.

Air condition and clima is also fitted.

The maisonettes have an alarm system and close up circuit with cameras, together with all eectricity connected, so this can actually be activated from anywhere in the world via a modem and internet connection.

Swimming pools can also be constructed at an extra cost.
Every maisonette is built on it's own piece of land, which is between 500sq.m and 800sq.m. This also gives some space that can be used for a large garden.

The maisonettes are located just 500 meters from Ioulida, the capital of Kea. All beaches on the island are accessible within 10 minutes from the maisonettes.
