The particular project concerns the construction of country-residences in Agios Romanos, on Tinos Island.
Agios Romanos is a very graphic and colourful village occupied by fishermen and has its own small seaport, only 10km far from the main harbour of Tinos Island, which has a very regular ship-timetable from Peiraias and Rafina harbours.

 

Seventeen residences on three different levels comprise the housing estate, on one of the most beautiful and graphical seaside of Tinos with crystal clear deep blue water. The distance from the sea is only 50 m and traffic is prohibited on the beach.
The architecture of the estate and the selection of domestic construction materials create a harmonic combination with the surrounding area, while it allows the unobstructed view toward the sea.

Every residence has a total area between 80-100 sq.m. with large balconies that have fabulous view towards the sea, fireplace, bioclimatic design, parking space and last but not least a great garden of total area 1500sq.m. just before the coastline. The whole estate is supported by a biological cleaning system.
