Two-story
house with a L-shaped floor plan, total area of 200 m2,
with a four-sloped roof and Byzantine-style roof tiles,
stone masonry at the base with stone from Athytos, and
eaves inspired by the type of wide-gabled traditional
house with a roofed verandah that is characteristic of
Halkidiki.
An
outdoor area of approximately 2000 m2 belongs
to it exclusively, with a separate entrance, a landscaped
garden with slabstone paving and areas of gravel, grass,
aromatic shrubs, decorative plants, forest trees, and a
parking area, with a metal trellis and walnut wood beams.
The
ground floor of the house, with an area of 105 m2,
includes a large unified area with a fireplace cladded in
limestone, which includes two living rooms, a kitchen, a
dining room, one guest room, and a bathroom. The owner may
choose among a large variety of flooring tiles and
bathroom fixtures.
The
living room areas have large doors opening onto a
comfortable verandah, in direct contact with the
landscaped garden. The ground floor areas include a
covered barbecue area and an outdoor dining area that
communicate with the kitchen, as well as outside
supporting facilities such as the furnace and the storage
room.
The
entrance, with access from the street and the private
parking areas, is located at the back of the house and is
covered. The staircase that leads to the upper floor may
be inside or outside. The upper floor, with an area of 95
m2, includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms,
embedded storage areas (closets), a large verandah with a
sea view in the front, and a small balcony in the back. A
wooden pergola covers the verandah.
