1. Earthquake resistance structure designed in accordance with the Greek and European regulations
2. The exterior walls are 30 cm wide, thermal insulation plates and bricks, coated with plaster.
3. Water and thermal insulation is provided to all exterior surfaces.

5. All bathrooms are equipped with white porcelain sanitary wares and other accessories.
